O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain

- Syed Mohd Taqi (2016)

Oh my master Hussain (4)

How can we ever forget your tragedy and pain

O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain

As your Shiites prayers of Zahra we attain,

O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain

1) Prince Qasim who thought of death as sweeter than honey,
On the day of Ashura he was martyred brutally,
How did you carry, his pieces to Umme Farwa

O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain

2) Abbas who never opened his eyes until he saw you,
Pulling arrow from those eyes was for sure sorrow for you,
How did you bear seeing your brother take his final breath

O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain

How can we ever forget your tragedy and pain

3) Akbar who was the image of your grandfather,
When he fell off of his horse and cried O father,
How did you pull out, the broken spear from his chest

O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain

4) On eleventh of muharram when the caravan left,
Seeing his aunts and sisters with no hijab Sajjad wept,
How did you see those heavy shackles on his frail hands

O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain

How can we ever forget your tragedy and pain

5) Your precious daughter Sukaina who was comfort for you,
Came worried after day of Ashura looking for you,
How did you comfort her to sleep on your wounded chest

O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain

6) How much our eyes have been yearning to see your precious grave, Bless Taqi, and Sana chance we’ve been longing to have,
To visit Karbala, along with Imam of time
O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain

How can we ever forget your tragedy and pain

As your Shiites prayers of Zahra we attain,

O my Master Hussain O my Master Hussain.
